Service associate name Albert charged my 71yr old mom 170 to run a diagnostic test on her 2017 Cruze, the keyless remote wasn't charging so we took it in to see if they could help. After running the diagnostic test, he said the problem would cost her over 600. After watching a YouTube video detailing dead key fob, I changed the battery & what do u know it worked! THAT'S ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW BATTERY! To be so dishonest with an elderly woman/customer makes me wonder how often they do this at Glendora Chevrolet
