This place is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! If there is ever a problem, these people lack the ability to have an intelligent conversation. I left feeling disrespected, talked over and misunderstood. I ended up going right across the street to HR Block (they were about 100 more expensive) but as the old saying goes: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
