I was recommended by a friend to have the home inspection. I paid the proper fees and the guy showed up on time. But he was not with a full inspection tools which as a result he was unable to do some of the testing. So going forward I trusted his evaluation and I got the full report so Guess what happened after a few months later? Dishwasher was never works washing machine never work and water heater was never work and the heater never work but in their final report they reported as they have done the inspection fully which it was never been done in the first place. I find out that last week after I call for a service so please please be careful full dealing with this scam company if you could please avoid it at any cost just check a review before doing any business with any company do your homework they deserve zero - star shame on you don’t fall into the fake reviews. The buyer of my home in Brea hired this company to inspect it before removing contingencies for the sale. The house passed the inspection with flying colors, but the few things that were listed as red flags proved to be unequivocally incorrect. This was easily proved to the buyers, and furthermore there were fingerprints, smudges, debris, and even minor damage to a stair railing left behind by the inspector (Jordan W). Last of all when checking the GFCI on an outlet in the garage the inspector did not plug back in my standalone freezer, destroying hundreds of dollars in frozen food in the process. This inspector did not show respect for my home, which I found especially egregious since I was still currently living there at the time.
We had an appointment with Morrison inspection company, only to have their inspector David had a tantrum refusing to wear PPE on this COVID new normal. He refused and left both seller and buyers along with the realtors amazed at his unprofessional and rude behavior. We had several inspections with the workers wearing full suits and properly wearing protection for both parties without any complaints. Except for David at Morrison.
Morrison Plus (David) is the best home inspector I have ever worked with. I'm a loan officer so I see many home inspection reports and I wouldn't go with anyone else. He is very thorough and does not skip any corners... he will crawl into small places to make sure nothing is missed. Clients who I have referred to David has had nothing but great things to say about him too.
