Had a little bit of bad and good luck with my 2000 Chevy Express 3500 van. One of the oil lines came off the radiator on route 66. Good news was it was in front of the O'Reilly Auto parts store. The young man who was a auto student was extremely empathetic and helpful. His associate was just as kind. The store is very clean inside and out for a auto part store.

This is a nice clean auto parts store and they have a wide variety of items. Unfortunately the battery I use for my Mobility Scooter they do not carry. The salesperson was very nice and went to extra mile to look up on the computer which battery it was my Mobility Scooter take and check to see if they have it in stock. They are practicing social distancing as well as wearing masks at this O'Reilly's Auto Parts store.
Thank you so so much Joseph. My headlight went out on my Chevy Equinox and it was almost dark. I called then went to O'Reilly in Glendora and before I even bought the lights Joseph said he would change them for me. I always get the best service at all O'Reilly stores but especially this one. Thank you, thank you. You saved me.
Great service from the dude with the 4X4 out front. Clean store and everyone has been knowledgeable and courteous on every visit.
