Poor customer service, 1 hour to wash my car. On 2020 honda only dirt from outside and little dust. -Not well clean -1 hour to give back my car Windows with water stains -No perfume. -they attend customers as if they're making us a favor. Place is GARBAGE... Will not come back. Don't waist your money here.
Manager REFUSED to put on a mask. I was waiting for a nearby business to open so decided to get my car washed. The man who approached my window was not wearing a mask, but I did not want to make a big deal. Just shortened the interaction and went inside to pay. The same man then came inside the small payment area, STILL not wearing a mask. I stepped outside and politely asked him to wear a mask before I came back inside to pay. He refused and said he didn’t have to because he had a single plexiglass screen in front of him (without a top or sides). I explained that this is not how the spread of coronavirus works, and to please put on a mask. He again refused. I asked if I could speak with the manager, and he claimed he was the manager. So I asked him to pull my car back around as I would not be getting my car washed here. I find it so hard to believe that even if your personal beliefs are in one direction or another that the manager of a business in an enclosed space would go so far as to REFUSE to wear a mask. What was he trying to prove? This is an irresponsible behavior that has put California in the state that it’s in now. PLEASE do not support this business as they do not support general human decency or the state and city ordinances.
The express wash is pretty convenient when you need a quick Rinse. Reason for the 2 stars is because the attitude and temper I received from a attendant. I ran my car through and there was still a bunch of soap and bird poop left on the car. I asked if I can rerun it again. He could have simple said no or offered a discount, but I ended up with a bad attitude and lecture about not buying a full service wash. He wasn't wrong about purchasing a full service wash, I just didn't have a half hour to wait. Plus, I did not need a bad attitude in response. So because of him, I will take my full service car washes and details somewhere else. I can even order a mobile service. If I'm in a hurry, I'll still use the express wash. I know what I'm paying for.
I always like to come here for my car wash. I use the drive thru and vacuum myself and its very convenient.
