I absolutely cannot recommend the Mark and al Team highly enough. They deserve 10 stars! My husband and I wanted to sell our current home in Pasadena and buy a new home further east. Because of the COVID pandemic, we were uncertain if it would even be possible to sell, and were aware we were entering an extremely competitive market for purchasing a home. Yet from the first moment we had contact with him, Al Jafarkani made us feel like his only client, and that he was undoubtedly in our corner, working for the best selling price of our home. Mr. Jafarkani is an extremely talented and experienced realtor, and this is only eclipsed by his professionalism and enthusiasm for his job. He was immaculate in his health procedures, extremely communicative any time we called or texted, and put together complex documents faster than I thought humanly possible! In the end, because of his masterful negotiation skills, we accepted an offer that was 5% higher than our asking price. Additionally, on the buying end, because of his real estate connections and knowledge, his team was able to get us into properties that were not even on the market yet, and help us understand what we needed to do in order to win a home bid, some of which had nothing to do with being the highest bidder. Because of Al and his team, we are now the proud owners of a beautiful home in North Glendora in an exclusive neighborhood that we never thought we could afford (or find!) My husband and I recommend Al Jafarkani and his team with highest praise and accolades. Regardless of your income, you are given first class treatment, and the end experience leaves you feeling like a millionaire. #gomarkandalteam

Looking for a good agent to sell/buy your house? I suggest you call Robert. I did, and I’m glad I did. I planned to sell the house this spring. When time came, I hesitate because of covid-19, not sure how market was going to response to rapid changing situation. I met Robert. He provided convincing analysis of latest market trend showing that there could be a good window of opportunity to put the house on the market, as well as the risk associated. We both agreed it was a GO. I’m not sure if there is such thing as good or bad listing, but when Robert listed my house on Friday evening, I got first house-showing appointment in couple of hours, followed by more and more. We couldn’t do open-house because of virus, but all appoints eventually kept us out of house for entire weekend. By Monday, Robert got multiple offers. Half of them were at full asking price and half with mark-up, a few even have impressive mark-ups. Now it’s time to select final buyer. At that time, I didn’t even pay attention to this critical matter, left it entirely to Robert. No, he didn’t sell it cheap. He chose one of highest bidder. Plus we end up with extreme smooth escrow process. Honest, knowledge, experience, straightforward communications, Robert will make you feel your house is in good hand.
