A one is way too much! I made an appointment 3 months ago, I got a call to day from his very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL secretary Espie, she continues by saying that my appointment had been cancelled due to me owing a balance, which I dont understand because my taxes arent even complete but never the less all they had to say, was we need a payment before you come in instead she talks to me in a very unruly manner, (like she's from the ghetto) when I asked to speak to Victor, she flat out said NO I'm not going to let you speak to him, and mind you this office came highly recommended, I'm not a criminal and no one deserves this type of treatment!!
