Have had him service (and repair) our gas boiler / gas fire for 5 years. Last week he called on the very day of the long-planned annual service to say he had an urgent call out and could not attend. Now his earliest appointment is January 2021 on a 'take it or leave it' basis. Thoroughly bad service. We've left it.
