This place is absolutely unfit! It is rundown and looks as if it is an old motel. The smell is like no other when you walk in and the place is overall disgusting. I asked for a blanket for my grandmother and the blanket I received had a huge hole in it and strings were hanging off of it all over. The mats they had laying around her bed were torn and dirty. We had told the nurse that my grandmother had to use the restroom and the response was “I’m really busy but I’ll get to it when I can..she has a diaper on”. I am so disappointed in this establishment.
