My in laws have stayed here for decades and I have got the privilege to come stay here with them for the past 16 years . We love this place and even with a pandemic they have meet all our needs. There is a great beach with water toys for kids, boats to rent for fishing or casually boating around the lake. Internet access in the cabin for any of your needs. A beautiful golf course that we play every time we come and lots of different options for places to stay. I highly recommend Peter's to anyone looking for a place to get away by the water. Peter's is a great golf course in a beautiful setting run by a caring and knowledgeable family. If golfing is your game they have you covered with carts with USB ports knowledgeable advice and a well thought out pro shop in case you need anything. After golf I love to grill out outside of one of their cozy cabins and enjoy their beautifully landscaped resort on the eastern shore of lake Minnewaska. The sunsets over the lake are gorgeous and I always sleep well after a long day of golf with good friends. 5 stars. They rock.
Early Fall visit to Glenwood, MN. First time staying at the resort. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly. We played 36 holes of golf. The golf course was in very nice shape. Any amenities that you need are just a short drive into downtown Glenwood.
Go here every year and I always love it. This place has a clubhouse with a pool table, 1 pops, bikes, swimming area, parks, and amazing cabins. Honestly I've always loved it here and I still do.
It was a best vacation ever. Cabin 8 totally renovated. For dinner we had Ribs barbecue - delicious. This golf course is excellent for good players, but relaxed enough for the beginners like me. New golf carts. Beautiful views!!! The staff work hard in resort to make sure your experience is a good one. Good Value. You wont be disappointed. We will definitely come back next year!
My family has been vacationing at the resort for years. We have very much enjoyed it every year that we've gone--the units are lovely and perfect for a family get-together. The town of Glenwood is small enough for people to admire and feel safe, but there are still enough events and shops to keep you busy no matter how long you stay. At the resort, there is daily housekeeping at most units, and there is always someone at the front desk or phone to assist you or take any questions you might have. The lake and beach are very clean, safe, and great for small children and grown adults alike. Though I'm not myself a golfer, my family who do walk 9 holes every morning, and always say how nice and calming the nature is. Wonderful summer retreat!
Haven't played the course for 40 years. Challenging, not many flat lies on the course. It was alot of fun!
Great place, just secluded enough to maintain some social distance and staff does wear masks and everything is wiped down, boats included.
