I signed up with Global Direct Marketing at a home show in Phoenix Az. I figured they were a reputable company as they were at the home show. They were selling Direct TV services. Robert was the gentlemen I spoke to. They promised things as a "win back" customer, as I had recently stopped my service with Direct TV. They said I'd always deal with them, not having to deal with the representatives from Direct TV, which is a lie because the last time I spoke to them, they told me I need to customer service because they cant help me. I had to pay them 50 for the installation at home show. The bigger issue I have is, Robert offered 10 off a month for being a first responder. Robert said it would take a month or two to show on my bill. After my third bill arrived and still no discount. No one is willing to give me a straight forward answer. Direct Global Marketing is a SCAM!!! Do yourself a favor and go directly through Direct TV.

Been trying to get a refund from them for the last 8 month's for services that weren't provided due to them misleading me on prices. And every time I call they lie to me and say the same thing "It will be sent out this week" and the management won't talk to you when you ask to speak with them.

Got my phones and DTV through them, I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience, they offer their own customer service where I can just call in and speak to a person right away which honestly is my favorite part because I hattttte waiting but overall a really great company to work with.
