I purchased with Playa del Sol/Lindo Mar in 2005. It was difficult to book my time with them & there were 2 \Special Assessments\, etc. I upgraded with Bel Air. Still Difficult. Many broken promises with that group. Then Sold Again a few months ago to Krystal.... Give me a break! Here we go again. Global Management called & Mr. John Pinta explained that the new developer, Santa Fe Hotelo was trying to get majority ownership to make it an \All Inclusive\ resort & to add more units on the property. John said the developer was willing to compensate me - however no appreciation, etc. I said I would look over the proposal. It looked O K, & all went smoothly until my divorce caused a delay. I explained my wife gave me the timeshare in the divorce & I couldn't find the paperwork. Mr. Pinta was cold & put my sale on hold or he said \I'm Freezing your Account\ , & Hung up. I eventually found the paperwork & sent it to Global, and finally it closed. I refused to speak to Pinta because of his attitude. I received my money & got out of my timeshare - Global charged 6% commission & Pinta I hope, received nothing, because of his poor manners & bad Customer Service. My recommendation is 2 Stars due to poor Customer Service.
