My mechanic ordered the wrong catalytic converter for my truck through EBay and after speaking with Farid at Global Muffler he advised me it was cheaper ( researched and it was) to have them send me a return label. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful , even though over 2 months had passed since the part was delivered. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone needing parts!
