My test experience was good over all. It was a snowy day when I took the test. As requested, I arrived more than 30 mins before the test. The door was closed. I waited for a bit outside of the building, then the door was opened. All staffs were friendly(in professional way) and helpful. It was my first IELTS test but all instructions were nice and clear, so I felt comfortable. Few days later of the test, they emailed survey. I marked "good" on my test experience , at the end of the survey, I wrote about "waiting outside" before check-in for the test. Soon later, they replied how they would improve the waiting situation. I see they try their best to provide a great service for all test takers. Thank you.

Well maintained centre. Has very good facilities to give the IELTS computer delivered test. Very punctual. No time wasted anywhere and the processes are smooth. On the downside, it does not have a parking facility.

This is my second time in Global Village Calgary. It was a GOOD experience. I like the classes, the multicultural environment. If I could continue my classes at GV I was taken the opportunity. It was one of the best experience to take this decision. I finished my Business English Program and I recommend the school for everybody. The teachers are very helpful with me specially Jay, Tara, Mike and Tony. Thank you Terry and John for everything. You are ALWAYS Welcome in Mexico.

I love the computer-delivered test! Pros include headsets and writing part of the test became easier, you don’t have to erase with eraser then write again to insert or edit your essay. For the reading part, you don’t have to flip pages, it’s all in one screen; if you like doodling, try highlighting words or phrases instead. The only con I can say is that on our test day, there was no instruction for us to wait for someone to come and get us. The board by the entrance stated “new students, please go to third floor” and examinees kept trying to get on the elevator only to find out it’s not going anywhere. But that wasn’t such a big deal. :) Overall, I love my recent test compared to my previous tests in 2016.

As a first time IELTS test taker, I was a bit nervous when my test date finally arrived on May 4, 2019. However, after I arrived at the IELTS Calgary test centre, I felt more relaxed because of the great service of the staff there - from registration all the way through to collecting my belongings at the end. I took the Computer-Delivered (CD) test, and I highly appreciated watching the demo of how to navigate the CD format before the invigilators escorted us to the exam room. They all maintained the integrity of the process while being very helpful and friendly. Ginta F.

I took the ielts. One of the examiner was so terrible. She make a noisy at listening time as well as reading. She sometimes blew a whistle at reading time. Oh gosh- i don't want to remember her. I've never seen a person like her.

Wrote acca exams here. Definitely not the most quiet place to write an exam. Frequent noise coming from the hallway and the road across... very distracting! Would be great if they at least control the noise coming from the hallway. Asides that, the invigilator was really friendly and welcoming!
