I typically receive a call back within a reasonable amount of time. John Thomas understands what my short/long terms needs are and provides recommendations and/or solutions accordingly. Lastly, my requests are executed timely and accurately. I have also observed other members of the Global Wealth team who have equally good reports with their respective clients.

They are very transparent and do quarterly reviews. They are always available and have a great caring and professional staff. Pre Covid They had monthly market update meetings with John Thomas who is sensational. They are also community minded and have the highest integrity. They also have some of the latest market innovations and have broadened their offerings to include Medicare advisors and a Woman's focused advisory. We were looking for a safe stable approach to investing. You can find it here. We are very happy. We can even call the company principals directly and see them normally 3 to 4 times a year.

Hands down they are the nicest individuals and customer service is superior. John Thomas is a lovely man. My issue is with the firm and owners. I’ve been with them for over four years and ive lost more money than gained. In fact I was put into a fund that has cost me to lose over 40,000 and it’s a fund I can’t get out of and run the risk of losing the entire investment in this fund. Getting close to retirement and totally devastated of the amount of money I lost. Proceed with caution is all I have to say.

Grant Conness and Andrew Costa have a great sales pitch about how their parents were taken advantage of by an investment planner and that is why they got into the investment business. They preach that their mission statement is to take care of the older investor that doesn't know how to navigate the financial industry and protect all the monies we have worked so hard for all our lives. Well they took 50,000 of mine and invested it in a failing reit, I only have 18,000 left and have never once received an apology or plan to help me get any of that money back. Plus, the other invested money I have there hardly earns any gains. I seriously think I would have done much better just putting my hard earned money into a Vanguard index fund. Thanks Global Wealth Management. So Global wealths response is, sorry your not happy, that is not what we want you to feel. But they do not offer a way for me to make the money back that they have lost for me. Thanks again Global Wealth Management.
