Such an amazing positive vibe. The coaches are really friendly, funny and very encouraging. The variety of classes and huge range of scheduled classes accommodates for all. For me personally I love the strength classes incorporating large compound movements #heavylifting

Really like the feel of this place. I find the coaches professional and make the sessions heaps of fun. I especially love doubling up with yoga and meditation class straight after, the yoga studio is sublime! Bring on my summer body!

I would highly recommend Glove Athletic. The staff are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and attentive. It has a great spacious area for fitness classes and is easy to get to and park. This is exactly what's been missing in Mordialloc.
