Very friendly and helpful lady behind the counter. I bought a watch at a good price. Really happy with the deal. I came in the next day to get the strap on the watch adjusted. I was meet with a friendly smile and got really excellent service. Now it fits perfectly and I am really pleased.

Merged my Grandmothers wedding ring with worn out engagement ring which had been my wife's Grandmothers ring. Old shank had almost worn through. Amazing job and even more amazing price. Great value for money. Cannot recommend too highly.
Fielding's were very helpful when my watch started playing up. They returned it to the expert and charged a minimal sum for the repairs. Very happy.
