Went into store and was greeted by a staff member who said to myself and wife that it would be better to shop on our own next time than as a family with our two children both under the age of 4. I am a vulnerable person and I suffer with aspergess so really struggle to shop on my own. If I did not need the things for our puppy then we would have gone else where.

Big thank you to Zara and her colleagues working today. I came to buy a hamster for my daughter and the staff made the whole thing perfect. So polite and patient as we had younger children with us.
