Young chap on the till was rude and without any people skills whatsoever... my 2yr old grandson accidentally dropped a glass jar of sea salt which smashed on the floor - the assistant let out a HUGE sigh whilst shaking his head and rolled his eyes at us!! I apologised and offered to pay but he blatantly ignored me saying 'I have customers to serve'! Thankfully the lady who came to clean up the spillage was very polite and assured us it was not an issue at all. Hopefully that young chap will take on board the positive attitude and customer focus modelled by his colleague.
Decent enough for a pound stretcher. Staff polite and friendly
