Reliable repairer because NRMA said something was critical and cost 4k and he fixed those critical with under 1k and remaining 'critical' issue was not critical at all.

The office lady was pleasant. Not sure if it was the boss or worker who served me. I had taken the wheel off. He made it clear he would only repair the puncture but not fit the wheel on. Then the bad news I needed a new tyre. He had to order one in and gave a random price. Warning bells I felt he wasn't interested in my custom. Unfortunately he lost the sale. He recommended the opposition down the road Jax Tyres. They won the sale not for one but full set of tyres. You are a tyre centre it must of been an off day at the loss of a sale and a unrepairable reputation...

Reliable and Trustworthy Mechanic. I had a dent at the back of the car in the plastic. Initially I was asking other mechanics for fixing the dent and they advised the whole plastic back has to be replaced so I left as it is and was driving for 1 yr. I left my car here for the regular service. They have fixed the dent in the plastic back as it a easy fix even though i have not asked for it and they have not charged me for fixing the same. Didn't expect that. Such a pleasant surprise. very rare to see such people.
