This store are rude, obnoxious and arrogant. They use a megaphone to shout out to customers who are exempt from wearing a mask, publicly shaming and embarrassing people. This is discrimination against disabled, when your exempt for medical reasons to be belittled and judged by this business who has no knowledge of your hidden disabilities is disgusting and degrading. Not all disabilities are visible is that so hard to understand. Where is the compassion and customer service towards others. No doubt of reading the comments this business won’t survive long. Hopefully be one of the many high street casualties due to continuing lockdowns as this type of retailer has no place on the high street. Not taking my money if you can’t and refuse to take the disabled pound.

3 year olds are not required to wear face coverings on government legislation and it is illegal to turn exempt customers away. There is a big campaign about hidden disabilities please read the information. Humiliating them on a loud tanoy is horrendous. What a way to treat fellow human beings!
Ignore the negative reviews. They are all from people who have never been to this shop. A smear campaign was started against this store on social media. As an actual customer, I have no complaints. Fast, easy online transaction. Great range of stock and great prices. I’ll definitely be back!
Would not enter this shop under any circumstances. Dictatorial, not accepting exemptions from masks. Obviously have forgotten the customer is always right. Hope they go under. Made my blood boil reading their disgusting notice.
Disgusting attitude regarding the wearing of face coverings. Unfortunately the owners of this business have clearly fallen foul of all scare mongering and are now paying the price for their ignorance.
Unfortunately we now live in a world where common sense is even less common than it was before. Despite there being next to NO evidence that even supports the benefit of wearing face coverings, these people are willing to risk the future of their business because of their discriminatory behaviour. I wish them every unsuccess.
Great shop. Working hard to keep everyone safe. But unfortunately the are being bullied online by people who have never been customers and have never intended to be customers. Those doing the bullying belong to an anti mask, anti lockdown, covid denying conspiracy theory group. A rather sad bunch of individuals.
Awful shop, extremely rude and aggressive staff, would rather buy a gift from pound land than go here. Horrendous quality products.
