Avoid a shade greener. You might think you are saving a few pennies through their panels, once the roof start leaking that’s when the problems start. They demand 1000 to temporarily remove the panels. Or you have to wait a whole year for someone to remove them so you can get your roof fixed. Worst customer service I ever came across to. Now I have to spend 5000 to get a few broken tiles replaced under the panels.

What a bunch of jokers. They lie and high pressure people into taking contracts. You house is no longer your own to do what you want. I requested panel removal for work on the roof but they refused. They do not respond to requests, suggestions or options as to what they can do with their panels. I have spent over two years trying to resolve this and my property has suffered as a consequence. During a global pandemic they are insistent on entering a property that has Clinically valuable adult which against Welsh lockdown regulation to inspect the equipment. I have requested their COViD safe procedure so that we can get an idea of what they will do to protect myself and my family. Absolutely nothing! On top of that they then decided to just turn up at my door on a Sunday morning! These people are lying, robbing, arrogant Crooks. Do not touch them with your barge poll, your neighbours barge poll or any one else’s barge poll.
