I had been working alongside Advantage One as a subcontractor through most of 2020 (a unpredictable and challenging year, i think we can all agree). And I was fortunate to be able to join the team officially in September. I have been made to feel incredibly welcomed and valued, many large companies can make you feel like just a number on a screen, however that is absolutely not the case at all with A1. I have received great support both professionally and personally from the management team, had my successes acknowledged and any struggles have been constructively discussed and worked on improving. They provide efficient training, opportunities to progress and accommodating working locations and hours. The only negative is needing to provide 2 months notice for booking holidays/time off. But even so, I very much enjoy working for this company and its staff/managers, and i'm very happy to represent A1.

I have been working for this Amazing Company for over six years. The company is unique amongst all security companies I have worked for. The company supports security officers at all times. The area managers are easily accessible at all times and always responsive and alive to their responsibilities at all times.
Very professional and friendly company. The management look after the staff and deal with all ongoing personal or professional problems. All deserve five star feedback . Thank you
I have been on board with this company for over 13 months working as a store Detective. The office staff and managers do a great job all the time by allowing me to work above my contracted hours every week which im grateful of at these uncertain times during covid19. I have developed good relationships also with the customers Central England coop, Mid counties coop and heart of England coops through advantage one security which makes it more enjoyable to attend work. Support is always given if ever needed, they look after you. Still waiting to meet the managing director though.
