Shayla and Shannon have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After a pretty horrendous experience dealing with another estate agent I proceeded with caution when enquiring about a property through Andrews. I firstly spoke to Shayla who swiftly arranged a viewing and was able to show me around what I can now say is our new home. She was excellent on the viewing and took the time to talk to me at the end and get an understanding of our situation. From there on the procedure could not of been easier. After this point I had been starting to deal with Shannon through the application process. She was in regular contact, and made each stage very easy. It was an extremely simple process and I cannot thank these two ladies enough! :) Throughout the whole process I never felt like I had to 'chase up' or take the time out to call for updates. I heard from either one of them on a regular basis and were always on hand to answer any questions I had! The service has been terrific and you are both a real asset to Andrews. A massive thank you to Shayla and Shannon, you both have really gone above and beyond and I can honestly say I am very grateful!

I found Andrews very informative and easy to deal with. All members of the sales team were good at communicating and regularly kept me updated with the transaction. Whenever I emailed them they were very quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were also really friendly and made me feel a lot more relaxed about the process.
Having purchased through Andrews sales I placed my property with their letting team to advertise for tenants (small HMO). I was not disappointed, as firm proposals were almost immediately returned upon the advert ‘going live’ and many months in advance on both occasions since (which given current restrictions on access to occupied homes for viewings lately, and this being a previously untested process, I found commendable). Once again commitment to secure for the next intake was very quickly returned by the first group to view, (and again months in advance), meanwhile Communication through office has been effective, promptly returned on most occasions, and timely, reliable, and communication on scheduling of necessary certification and checks has progressed seamlessly. Despite a frenetic time of year at best of times, management at Andrews letting has proved both exemplary in communication returned by email and easy to to contact by phone throughout this experience. Thanks Andrews, keep up the good work!
Am very pleased with the service provided by Shayla. She has been outstanding. Very new to all of this and she has been so helpful every step of the way. Always calling checking up on us asking if there is anything she can do for us. Nothing better than a friendly face you can turn to if needed. Big thankyou. You work does not go unnoticed. Josh.
