Ordered and paid for 2 pillows and received email saying my order of 1 pillow is now available. Rang number 3 times and after going through the robot each time instead of connecting me it hung up. Not good service.

The Most annoying Automated Phone system ever, trying to speak to an actual Human Being is Impossible, after being cut off 7 or 8 times I gave up. Useless.

Young girl, very helpful. Was quick to find my delivery and very efficient dealing with the sale, offering extended insurance etc. Offered to get me a trolley to put my items in. Recommend to others.

Looked up opening times for your store in Barnwood to find you are due to shut at 9pm. Thought that means I can get my daughter's presents late in the day for the morning. Went in there to find you had shut early. Thanks Argos for ruining my daughter's birthday. Wjat makes it worse is one of the Sainsbury's staff said i wasn't the first to go in expecting it to be open so guess you let down a few people.
