Would give 0 stars but I cant. We've been waiting over an hour for our home delivery as we have no food in the house. Every time we call it says there's an \unprecedented demand\ and it cuts you off. There's no other way to contact the store

Good supermarket, I do tend to shop around too though!

Terrible service on click and collect. Waiting for over an hour to collect, to the point where congestion formed in the designated parking area for Click&Collect. Nobody coming out to give us information, nobody responding to calls. After over an hour, the orders came out. Speaking later to the customer service team, they refuse to offer any form of compensation for this. Needless to say I will not be using your store or company again.

A well stocked ASDA. Excellent parking. Slightly larger than other ASDA's I've visited. Well laid out and well stocked. Shelves are always full. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The new self scan facility works very well. Saves a lot of time at the checkout. There seems to be fewrr staff than there used to be about a year ago. But everybody is very helpful. The new car park is excellent. With gaps between each space to allow the doors to be opened. Why don't all supermarkets do this?
