I wish there was a no star as this practice is horrendous. Former patient of Saint Bridge surgery who were brilliant pity its not the same at aspen. Any one thinking of joining here should think again

I am a saintbridge patient, but have had very good experiences at the Aspen centre, and have been able to see specific Doctors. I thank you all, for the hard work, you have all put in, during these very challenging times.
Having had a baby in June and being quite anxious about health related matters, I have used Aspen a lot over the last few months and during lockdown. I have found the service fantastic! Every medical professional I have seen (Doctors, nurses and midwives) have been friendly, professional and reassuring. The receptionists have been polite and efficient too. I used to work for the NHS and understand that pressures can be enormous. I can only imagine how tricky it has been for the staff during the pandemic but I have been met with great service every time! I have always found the Aspen centre clean and tidy too! Well done, it can't be easy!
Posting on behalf of a family member who had a negative experience here. Very dismissive, out of touch and flippant with young patient with no follow up for months despite urgency of symptoms. Complaint has been handled very poorly, with the practice refusing to communicate through the preferred mediums, disclose telephone transcripts, or provide any reasonable explanation as to why. I hope this practise improves as it seems more concerned with its reputation than healing the damage it has caused. No one deserves to be treated the way my family have been treated. Edit: Thank you for your reply, I will review my post again once the matter has been resolved.
Always a great service, I have been with aspen 6 years now, have always been very helpful, never a problem getting an appointment, doctor, nurses and all staff are great
