I was asked to review Attwools a week or so ago. Even though a reply was posted I still feel the management, on this occasion, lacked empathy with their customer because they are concentrating on sales and not a true recognition of the people who visit them. Their initial reply tends to confirm this. As an instance, they recognised they were wrong but no attempt to sort it out themselves, I had to go and sort matters out and perhaps, if they really care about their customer, the offer of a complimentary drink? after all their error involved an hour extra driving, time and travel cost but they had not a thought of that, so, as I say, a complete lack of empathy.
