After reading a few horror story reviews about on-line bed supplier customer support we decided we needed to locate a local supplier. We did not regret our decision to go to Bedmaker. The whole experience was most satisfactory. A good range of beds in stock to try and then choose from. Good prices, friendly service (from Zeb) and prompt delivery. Went out of their way to make us happy. Thoroughly recommended.

Thanks so much to the Staff at BedMaker Gloucester. I had ordered a mattress online and had missed the delivery on it ! I was desperate for the mattress at one of my Serviced Apartments, as we were having a Photoshoot there and needed it ASAP ! I’m so grateful that they delivered it that day, within a couple of hours of me going to the store and ordering it, it was there in the apartment! Massive thank you for getting us out of a sticky situation. I would definitely recommend and will definitely buy from again 10/10

I don’t normally post reviews but felt I needed to write this. Thank you for showing such kindness to my parents, it’s really appreciated. Pleasantly surprised to see a business during COVID19 that does nice things and doesn’t promote their kindness like I’ve seen many other businesses do. I would definitely recommend this business not only due to their customer service but also their kindness. Before lockdown, my parents bought a bed, though due to the government guidelines the delivery couldn’t be made. They offered to deliver by putting strict social distancing in place and leaving the bed at front door. As my parents are elderly they decided to wait. What was really touching and kind to hear was that the lady there (don’t know her name!) offered to get some essential groceries for my parents, as when they went in the supermarkets were bare and my parents couldn’t get anything. I’m a key worker who lives far away so unable to get things for them, and all online slots were booked. Thankfully my parents were able to get some essentials. This act of kindness was really appreciated at times like this, and in my opinion makes them stand out from the rest!

Was recommended this place by a friend. Nice to buy beds from people that actually know about beds - rather just sell to you! Other places just told me about prices rather than why they were prices they were. Lots of beds, but they kept it simple as I was confused before came in. Bed arrived when they said! I have recommended, great find. Great traditional professional service, which makes sense as I found out they've been around 1999!! Thank you to all the staff
