I have owned a flat here for 3 years so far, I absolutely love living here and have also rented the apartment out which was extremely easy to let and achieved a high rental. The flats are lovely inside and keep the heat in extremely well so have very cheap bills. Fantastic views of the surrounding hills and very well sound insulated so barely hear a peep from the neighboring flats.

Lovely quiet place to walk the dog and let him of lead to run.
Okay place. Flats are really nice on the inside, just a shame that it can get quite loud late at night and early in the morning. Handy having a big Tesco nearby but it means you can hear delivery trucks. If the trucks don't wake you, man children driving their obnoxious cars will. The flats are absolutely boiling hot in the summer with no way to cool them down, but in the winter they are perfect for keeping the heat in. Probably had the radiators on a handful of times in the year I spent in the flat.
Lived here over seven years, pretty much says it all. Fantastic neighbours, barely see the same one more than once! Lovely views over towards the hillsides with a bit of juxtaposition from the Invista building, until the new development gets underway. You get used to the noise, be it nature, the delivery trucks, other residents enjoying one another's company...yes, we can hear you...and Dominoes will deliver from 10ft away, to your very own front door if the stairs (or the lift) is too much effort. That's service for you. And well situated, close to places like the deer park, Barrow Wake, the Cotswolds etc. The building is kept well maintained and the apartments are lovely to live in. Only four stars because the resident pigeons are still getting fed (despite the signs) and have no issue flying into your bedroom if you leave the window open when it's 30c and your eyes are melting or its 4am in the middle of summer and they decide it's time for a spot of flappy bird.
