Recently we visited Bensons for beds at Gloucester Peel Centre. We were very impressed with the welcome and service extended to us by Rob, he was very knowledgeable, asking the appropriate questions to allow us to try the beds he considered would be right for us. Having done so he left us to make up our own minds. There was no rush and no pressure to buy. All in all a very pleasant experience resulting in us purchasing a new bed. Thanks Rob.

The lady at your Gloucester branch when I visited on Sunday was really lovely, very helpful, patient and understanding, the other staff were lovely too.
Very nice lady that helped us not pushy or anything and the rest of of staff was very pleasant
They rang to tell us how long they would be. Worked very hard to get the bed upstairs
Delivered a broken mattress, now having to sleep on a couch with a very bad back, do you think they care, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across, DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE.
I went into the Gloucester branch two weeks ago looking for a bed, we weren't mauled by all the sales team however when we did start to look around to find someone, Jonathan appeared to help at the exact right time, very vigilant. He had great knowledge of the beds and even helped out his colleagues with a few questions (straight from knowledge) while taking a step back from us as we were trying out the beds. He seamed to know far more than anyone else there and very experienced. After a while I decided to take a quotation from him and also try elsewhere as you should always shop around. Today we went back to Bensons to buy the bed on the quotation, we waited for Jonathan as he was with a other customer. Unfortunately, the software had gone down and only one computer was working but he saw to it to see us as soon as possible. Within a few clicks the bed was bought and out for delivery. Very happy with service here and would recommend anyone to go in and speak with Jonathan, he even went out of his way to stay behind from a 5pm finish to an 8pm one just to make sure all customers were seen to.
We already bought massive wardrobe from them months ago. Today we went in. In horrible manners the guy specifically told us not to get into the beds every other customer is trying beds, strange.
Bought a 1000 mattress 3 years ago for a new good quality base and over that time it's sunk in the middle. A single 9 stone person has slept on that mattress. It's guarantee is 5 years. Just spoken to someone in head office to complain and they told us we have to pay for independent engineer inspection before they will act! Pointed out that wasn't in the guarantee details and he said " that would be bad practice"! Watch this space and "buyers beware"!!
