5 stars really doesn't seem enough to express how good this guy is! Dropped the bike off with Steve after discussing by phone what needed doing (a full strip down and service) and he explained what he was planning to do. He was quick to get back in touch once the bike was stripped down and explained, in full, the various costs of parts that would be needed. Pictures were sent of my bike as it was being stripped down so I could clearly see what was being done. Parts were then ordered and fitted within a couple of days and my bike was ready for collection. All in all a first class service from a very nice bloke. So handy to have such a great bike repair service on the doorstep. I would recommend Bike-ER to anybody without hesitation. My winter bike will be going in for a service in a few weeks time and I'm looking forward to Steve working his magic once again. Highly recommended!
