We have been very pleased with the advice and guidance Mark has given us. Having first met Mark through a personal introduction, it was clear from day one he was an exceptional professional but was a friendly person was approachable and no nonsense. We had a couple of face to face meetings and he then came up with a recommendation plan, of what we needed to do and what we could do. Mark made things easy, simple and put things into logical terms, which we needed, and as of the time of writing and a few years down the line, we could not be more happy with what he has done (and achieved) and look forward to many more years with him.

Mark was rapid in response to my initial enquiry and visited me at home to discuss things. He was very generous with his time and expertise. At no time did I feel under any pressure from him to purchase a product. He was clear in his explanations, friendly but professional, and a good listener. He subsequently followed through with a balanced portfolio based on my needs and preferences.
