Hands down the best customer service I've ever received! I deployed in 2014....and its 2019. There was a issue with my cruise book, I sent them an email and immediately sent me a new one! I am just so happy they could pull a cruise book from 2014 and still get me a copy! I am so overly appreciative to them for helping me figure this out and give me something I will treasure forever! UPDATE: Response received: That book is still in production and has not begun printing yet. It was purchased as a pre-order which we usually estimate to be ready to print about 3-4 months after homecoming. We are still waiting for the ship to submit a final draft approved by chain of command. Once we have this we will begin printing which is a 4-6 week process. Initial Review: I ordered and paid for a book for my son-in-law 5 months ago and still haven't received it or response from them.
After ordering my sailors photos I noticed I put the incorrect mailing address. Called the same day and they said they would take care of it to insure I received them . Thank you for fixing my mistake and getting them to the right address. Very friendly company to deal with.
These folks were amazing. I ordered Deployment portraits of my sailor son and selected retouching. When the portraits arrived my son wasn't centered so to frame them would mean covering up his sleeve on one side. I emailed them a photo and also realized they retouched a scar under his eye which he now wears with pride. They were fabulous and replaced his scar and zoomed out a bit so thy could be framed. THANK YOU BLUEWATER PUBLISHING! I love them!
This company has been the most helpful I've encountered, no questions asked. I had my '14 cruisebook mailed to my old address, I called them right up and they shipped it out ASAP. My boat didn't put any word out on our Suez Canal certs, emailed them for info, they're shipping it out today. Couldn't ask for a better experience with not receiving my stuff from my boat and B.W.P. stepping in to correct it.
