Made an appointment a month to get my ears deep cleaned. Turned up today on time for my appointment no one was there! I was expecting much more from boots! Very disappointing and at 50 for 45 minutes boots should get their customer service right! At least I saved 50 quids and certainly clean my own ears from now on. I do not recommend!

Booked an appointment with sophy on the Saturday before Christmas. Had a hearing test and impressions of iner ears done there and then. The following Wednesday i had my hearing aids fitted couldn't ask for a better service off a lovely friendly professional 10/10 brilliant.
