Dear Manager, get a grip on your store. Is customer satisfaction your best policy or stocking up shelves and completing renovations during a pandemic with the majority off your staff workforce? There are a lot of changes going on in store while I understand you are working with a reduced team....perhaps you should prioritise the shoppers experience rather than renovations. You keep changing the policy of your queuing system - which is now a free for all causing tension among customers and undue stress on your staff. You have implemented plastic covering on your pdq machines....that cause them to be ineffective when the customer enters their pin. Unless they are super anti bacterial covers that reduce cross contamination then what’s the point? I saw no signage indicating this. As a retail store owner I see inept management of your store putting your staff, who should feel encouraged and supported by management, under stain. Just because you have a captive customer audience during a pandemic you still need to pay attention to your customers AND your staff. I must add a well done to Sean who served me today. He could see I was stressed with your policies, queue jumpers and ridiculously covered pdq machines and after a brief altercation of sarcasm and mutual ’venting’ of the situation, he had the calm and kind presence to remedy a situation which was not of his making. Management should listen to their staff - as it’s unlikely you’d get off your suited backsides to handle customer grievances that they do every day! If you can’t spend time on the shop floor then listen to your team...they are not fabricating customer grievances but trying to communicate. They are your best asset - you should understand that.

Compete waste of time. Website shows that they had 198 decking boards available to buy, when I got there they were on a top shelf and they could not drop them down until after they close! Why say they are available to buy when you can't actually buy them. Ridiculous.
