The manageress of Branksome House gave a borrowed ID to gain access to my home, didn't bother to read the T&Cs, made personal remarks, broke house rules, behaved inconsiderately (drinking heavily and making a dreadful racket until the early hours with her friends), and then (despite having been treated with the utmost respect, flexibility and patience throughout) damaged the good name and reputation of my business in a public review, and has ignored my protests. Inappropriate behaviour for a person supposed to be in charge of vulnerable patients in a care home. Arrogant and ignorant.
