Absolutely Terrible and uncaring ...firstly they didn’t seemed interested what so ever as I was getting a mobility car at the up front cost that I was only willing to pay and when I decided on a Renault that I wanted that was at the very top of my budget they then told me it’s going to cost extra upfront (almost 150 more) as they only could get that car, with a spare wheel which added extra cost to the upfront costs ... total shambles if you ask me, I’ve spoken to loads of dealers and all of them was extremely professional and willing to bend backwards to help apart from this one, I felt like all they was after was more and more and didn’t care and was on the point of discrimination due to my disability

I would like to share my extremely perfect experience in the dealership. I have attended appointment with intend to gather more information but the time which was taken to explain to me everything and excellent customer person centred approached, I decided to carry on with purchase. Sales consultant has spend time to cater to my needs and wishes and not pressured at any time to any purchase. Actually I have been offered cheaper versions which I found strange as normally when purchasing any high value items you are being offered a medium high end specification. I have in contact after that appointment over email and telephone and transition from first meeting to collecting brand new purchase was smooth and again approached as a person centred customer care. I would like to say thank you to Bristol street motors for their time and how I was acknowledge I’m the dealership

The first time we went to see about a mobility car we had an appointment with a young lady but when we got there she was seeing to another customer and she gave us her trainee . The young man was helpful and polite but she never phoned back when any of the times when she said she would which to me is very rude .

The worst repair job imaginable. Panel not beaten properly, paint not fully to the edges, incorrect parts used and car left in filthy state. The second repair attempt took longer than expected as they "couldn't get the paint to stick". Another garage had to take over and fix their issues. Avoid at all costs.
