We purchased a Renault during tier 4 restrictions, and what could have been a stressful experience was made much more pleasant and easy, by the very helpful sales man, Stuart. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he guided us through the whole process, including the online paperwork and answered any questions we had. I'd give him 10/10. He was pleasant courteous and talked us through all the stages. We now have a lovely Captur that we're delighted with!

Very pleased with service received from Renault Gloucester today.
