All of the staff exceptionally helpful, especially Maria, who even managed to source the single and double bed i needed from another store, and arranged for it all to be delivered at the same time, saving me money on delivery. The delivery men were very prompt, polite and helpful, Thank you !

Booked a large furniture donation and no one turned up to collect the items. The shop was contacted and acknowledged that they had no record. Poor administration and no apology forthcoming. Not good form BHF, especially as a family member travelled an 80 mile round trip to be there for the pick up and waited over 3 hours. Will think again before donating. We are now one week on from the review above and I thought I'd give the shop another chance to get it right. The call was made, the pick up booked and cross checked - guess what no one turned up -again. It's a few days later and the pick up is rebooked, but just to cross check the shop was called the day before. Yes, that's right, they had no record of it. The manager was spoken to who apologised, but could offer no explanation and assured me that the items would be picked up as arranged. Yet again no one turned up. The shop was called who said "They're on the way." We waited and for the third time no one arrived. One mistake I can forgive, twice is pushing it, but three times is pure incompetence. I respectfully suggest that the communication between the staff and the booking system is urgently reviewed and the staff trained accordingly, because this customer is now going elsewhere.
