Rented a van, got to the office to be told that their van was broken down so unavailable. Asked if I had paid online or just reserved, which I had just reserved to which he said 'oh that's fine then.' well not really because what am I supposed to do on the day I need a van? No apology, just let me leave the office without any sympathy for my situation.
