Although the staff there are very affable and appear professional. Many of them proved (not just in my experience) to be very unprofessional. They do not like you recording them during interview but if you do not you are likely to get mis-quoted or mis-represented by them in their reports. They as individuals and as an organisation appear to have little if any knowledge of Parental Alienation and it's broader long term affects on children into adulthood and will often show a bias against non-residential parent, making the system as a whole sadly a perfect breeding ground for those residential parents that seek to stop contact by means of false accusations.
