CEX is a great little place for picking up bargains for movie, game and entertainment alike! And this one is a really good size and always seems to have a surprise or two in store. Staff are always friendly when I have been in and they do there best to keep a wide array of stock in order!

1 years warranty on all electronics is excellent!! I bought my Pixel online and it had a critical bug, brought it in store and was fully refunded within 15 minutes. Now have a like-new-in-box Pixel 2 for half the price! Fantastic!
During the last lockdown I used there click and drop option on a Saturday as my partner needed money my only reason for selling my phone to them is that they state on their website that they use the Faster Payment System however I did not get my money that day like normal fps payments would have been nor Sunday nor Monday nor Tuesday but Wednesday was what my account was credited. What a DISGRACEFUL business
It is a very good shop to sell and buy your games and accessories plus your dvds and phones.
Do not trust the five star reviews!!! I have seen lots and lots of videos of CEX printing covers and they sometimes can't get it in the correct region so they have to photoshop the cover and put a pegi 7 which in fact is trademarked, not been trademarked by CEX!!! I gone to CEX and I found 3 video games that has fake covers, sometimes it's real, sometimes its fake and they leave the fake games on there! Bet they will get sued for this. Same as Blockbuster who was sued for printing manuals by Nintendo.
Friendly staff, there was only one till open so a second was opened quickly when we approached.
Would be better if they sold items with minor defaults because i went in to get a quote on my samsung galaxy a10 and they said they would have to buy it as damaged, the screen has a minor crack at the bottom that causes no problems to the actual phone itself, and my opinion is that this is not right
