We have been looking for a larger quality property to rent and have seen a few with a number of different Letting Agents. Carl Rolfe of CGT stood out above all the rest by being the most professional, friendly and genuine at the viewing and the only agent who followed up our visit and suggested other properties he thought may be suitable for us. As a Landlord myself it has been interesting to have the experience from the tenants point of view and there are a number of agents I now would not use to look after my properties due to how they treated us as tenants. CGT were by far the best and Carl is a credit to this company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others :-)

Just rented house through CGT and the whole process was so easy. The team at Gloucester, Chris, Ethan, Carl and Frances were very professional and very quick to respond to any queries we had. The whole process took less than a week and was totally painless. Can definitely recommend this company. Moved in at the weekend and it feels like home already.
Spoken to a few members of staff here now and after today I must say how nice it is to speak to an agent who is willing to actually listen to my search criteria and offer advice rather than just dismiss me.
As a landlord I have used CGT Lettings, to help find the right tenants for my properties for over 15 years now. I would definitely recommend CGT as a letting agent, especially to anyone starting out in property rentals. I'm very pleased with the service that CGT has provided me with over the years.
I've been really impressed with CGT Lettings. Chris, Ethan and Carl have been doing amazing. Although I'm still searching for a property I have been really impressed with how helpful they have been as my circumstances aren't straightforward. I am hopeful to find a place with CGT.
