Staff have made multiple mistakes with my ordering of a watch. Have made multiple trips to the store to find that they aren’t open when it says they are online. Also recently had a watch repaired and the glass is not original and is completely different to how I gave it them, no explanation or warning of this given. Definitely won’t be using ever again.

This place is nothing but unprofessional. I bought my partner a watch from here which he didn’t like so I wanted to return it. When arriving to the place the shop was shut due to “staff sickness” but this has happened twice now, coincidentally on a Sunday when their website states that they’re open. When I finally managed to get some help from F Hinds who owns Chepelle, I was told I could not return the watch I bought because the lady who sold me the watch put on the system the wrong description. The order number was completely different to the watch that I purchased so I was unable to resolve this with F Hinds. However, this finally got resolved when I was able to go to Chapelle the following week after. The lady did not once apologise and was quite rude about it. My partner then enquired about getting another watch repaired, he got this done in March but due to covid, we was told that we couldn’t collect it until the store reopens which is understandable. Two weeks ago we attempted to collect the repaired watch and the shop was shut, again this was on a Sunday. Today the watch has been picked up but now the face on the watch is now completely different to before. It isn’t a problem but the staff did not once call to explain the situation. This watch shop is clearly poorly ran/organised by people who lack brains. I will never shop from this place again.

Unhelpful staff and under trained, my boyfriend and I came into the store and looking at jewellery. Lady of the store came up to us and asked if she could assist we said we were looking for something silver, as I can't wear gold the lady said I'm sorry they've changed everything in the store so we ended up going on a Grand Tour of the entire shop inside and out for something silver. Eventually both mine and my boyfriend's eyes took a glance at a silver St Christopher necklace it was perfect being as we both love to travel and love Greece. The lady got the necklace out and allowed us to try it on we ended up buying the necklace and was quite happy until we got to the restaurant where we discovered that at the back of the necklace just had the word name in Big capital letters all the way across the back so so we took it back to the store and told the lady who had sold it to us she said that she already knew about this yet she did not tell us she called for her manager who scowled at us and ask us who had sold as the necklace we pointed to the lady who is sold the necklace and she turned back to us and said you should not have been sold that necklace it is display only you have to order those necklaces in we were very upset by this as we were not informed when making our original purchase. The manager was very unsympathetic and simply Shrugged her shoulders at us we got all of our money back and left atterley disappointed and devastated. Won't be going back there are in a hurry.
