Not very much stock at the moment and the prices seemed quite high. Only offer was buy one pair and get another pair half price. Not enough choice or variation to do this. I like Clark's shoes and have bought nice shoes from this shop before but today It was a disappointing visit

Good traffic management under covid19 restrictions. Being generous, I received 'satisfactory' service.. a smile goes a long way as well as being pleasant to customers. We know no one wants to work under these conditions but consumers should not see the lack of professionalism. Still made a purchase so the products' good!

Great quality products, but sadly a bit hectic during COVID. Everyone seemed very crammed together and the staff seemed very stressed out at the situation. Whilst they did have it organised for covid, sadly it did not work and was confusing.

Good prices but so limited design/style for kids and sizes too.There was a bit of wait on the queue and then when given an allocated place with your number you can go inside,once your inside one need to stay in your allocated sit then one/two can browse while waiting for your number to be called and then a sales assistant will attend to you,which for me is ok for the safety of everybody.

Good quality shoes, they do cost quite a bit more than the average but tend to last longer and fit well. However I'm not sure some of the prices are justified when looking what's on offer.
