So I ordered a cheeseburger, had no cheese on it, said no tomatoes (that was no problem) tho it had no ketchup on it, and no ketchup packets either. Even tho I seen they had ketchup in small containers in the window. None in the bag given to me of what I had ordered as well. Plus doesn't accept interact debit, even tho they're there all spring/summer/fall long. Going elsewhere from now on.

Well I have to say I have been in ottawa for 32 years and I have been to a lot of fry stands in those years. I lived in Belgium for 3 years and I know fries and how they should taste and how they should be cooked. Belgium fries are the best in the world. Today Claude Morin Chips brought me back to that time in my life. I am ashamed that I did not come here sooner. Thank you. Best fries in ottawa. Take it from one that knows.
Great chicken burger. I love the gravy on the fries, and I'm not a big gravy person. Can be a very popular spot at times, long lineup. But it's worth the wait.
***Cash Only*** Was looking forward to trying it since it's been there forever, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. Tried the large poutine and for the price of 7 it should've been bigger. The fries weren't crispy and the gravy was just ok. Staff were friendly but it took forever to get my order. Oh well, at least I can say I tried it.
