Like other reviewers I found it odd that they don’t have a receptionist during normal business hours, and I agree that the waiting room isn’t overly large. However, my experience was efficient and pleasant: I didn’t have to wait long and the technician was friendly. Suggestion: if this business continues to operate with such a minimalistic client-service model, I would suggest they have an online reservation system and/ or automated check-in upon arrival. I think this would help put patients at ease during peak periods and my rating would increase to 4, possibly 5-stars.

They charge a no-show fee but you cannot cancel or reschedule appointments by phone. You can try but you won't be able because no one answers the phone and you just get kicked back to the main phone directory. If you can actually make your appointment they are super quick and do a great job. Good luck if you have to change your appointment. Horrendous service in that regard.
Had a very pleasant experience today while I was there for an ultrasound. Friendly, helpful, professional staff.

This company is not professional at all. Wait on the phone wait on the location and no one to help. The phon system is just going back and forward to the same messages. They can’t afford to get some one to be there or on the call.
This was the quickest I have ever been in and out of an x-ray facility! Yes there is no receptionist on staff, but the woman who was there the day I went in, was quick, friendly and while there were a couple of people ahead of me, everything went super quick! In & out, perfection.

Didn't have to wait very long at all which was amazing and the parking was free!!! Definitely does get busy very fast though and is very hit and miss. The waiting room is tiny and can't hold that many people at all . The negative!!! The head of the imaging called me back to get changed into my robe (several changing rooms available) and then told me to wait for her to get me. I'm waiting for 4-5 minutes for her to come get me in this tiny box with a curtain. I hear 2 ladies walk by then start talking to the head of diagnostics. I come out thinking it's the nurses so they can get me into the x-ray room, totally wrong. Those 2 ladies turned out to be business attire dressed non nurses. Worse is the two of them were talking about real estate/ finding property with the head of diagnostics!!! I'm in a robe half open on the back and half naked in just my underwear with 2 strangers who had no medical business in that building right in front of me. This was a place of business not real estate. Definitely wish they were more professional and left personal matters for other times.
