What a joke of local representation for Colourfence (Climar). Representative came out to my residence in Feb'20 to survey and measure ...no quote. Came out again to survey yet again.... and finally we got our quote ....a few lines on an email. Installation team came to fit post lock-down. Supplied drawing was totally inadequate and material insufficient, so only able to complete less than 50% of the work. We were told that the order for additional material would be fast-tracked. Well 12 weeks later the installation is supposedly complete. In less than a day brackets attached to my garage had fallen off. Later found that 50% of the gate hinge mounting screws had not been fitted. Total scenario is about as unprofessional as it can get. Other issues, so I could go on for a long time. Our suggestion is that you give Colourfence Gloucester a REALLY WIDE BERTH I.E. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
