We serve the same food from the same Kitchen in the Restaurant and Bistro, but there is a more informal environment in the Bistro, and a slightly different format for the menus. There is also a Special Bargain Table d’Hôte menu in the Bistro at £17.50 for two courses and £22.50 for three courses, which is particularly popular. Lunch is available from 12 noon – 2:00pm and dinner from 7:00pm – 9:30pm every day. All Bistro menus can be served OUTSIDE, when the weather permits, and there is no nicer spot in which to eat than around the pond at Corse Lawn. Bliss! The Bistro is usually busy with a very buzzy atmosphere, and it is advisable to book to ensure we have a table.  There is a full Bar within the Bistro area, and we provide a shortened version of our renowned wine list as well.

We went to The Corse Lawn for a long family lunch. The space was really nice. It was large, quiet, and had a soft breeze. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The bread and starters were very good and what I'd expect from an establishment of their reputation. The entrées and desserts were good, but I felt they left more to be desired. I'd certainly come back here, it's great for big tables. The outside is also lovely.

Really nice place. Quite old fashioned decor but that is the theme of the place. There were lots of older guests and we felt quite young in comparison (we are 38) but it was not an issue in any way. We really enjoyed the pool. Was a bit chilly in there as the area around the pool isn't heated. But was still great fun and the pool was warm.

Great evening at Corse Lawn. Room was spacious and comfortable. Fresh fruit & milk with homemade shortbread, a whole cookie jar full. Lovely setting. Bistro food was superb and great value on the tdh menu. Amazing wine list, wines from across the world with plenty of choice. I got back to my room to find curtains drawn, bed turned down and side lights on. A nice touch although after spending so many nights in hotels and never having this before I'm not sure on it. Breakfast was freshly cooked and accompanied by what I assume is homemade bread, as was dinner. Highly recommended.
